16:30 — Technical Committee (Hotel Turin Palace)
20:00 — Welcome informal dinner (typical restaurant in Turin)
Accompanying guests: guided tour of Turin, Welcome Torino programme by Turismo Torino
Saturday, October 10, 2026
10:00 — UET Board meeting (Hotel Turin Palace)
Lunch — Light lunch at the hotel, or bus transfer to Vinovo racetrack for lunch and races
Afternoon — Races at Vinovo (15:00), or guided city tour and museum visits
20:30 — Gala dinner in Turin
Sunday, October 11, 2026 – Derby Day
10:00 — Optional visits (Chocolate Museum, other historical sites, or an iconic horse racing heritage venue)
Transfer — To Vinovo racetrack
13:00 — Light buffet lunch (Ippodromo di Vinovo)
14:30 — Races start: UET Elite Circuit Final, Grand Prix de l'UET, Derby del Trotto, Oaks del Trotto
Afternoon — Show, entertainment, side events
18:30–19:00 — Transfer back to the hotel
20:30 — Possible farewell dinner with race winners (to be confirmed)
